A Weekend of Gentle Awakening From Winter's Sleep

16th to 18th March 2012, Friday Evening to Sunday Afternoon.

You are invited to take time out and feed your soul with the gift of nature and gentle awakening to the rhythm of your life force, ready for Spring.

In this workshop we will turn our attention to the stirrings of spring within, helping you to sense your emerging creativity for the year to come and to begin to dream it's expression.

We are blessed on this part of the Earth with four different seasons, each one with it's own unique gift, to help us stay healthy, vibrant and connected. In nature Winter is a time of rest and rejuvenation. It is a time when the next cycle of creation is dreamt and the cup of creative life force, used for the last cycle of manifestation, is refilled.

Spring is a time when those seeds of winter, which lay deep in the Earth Mother’s embrace, are encouraged to awaken by the warm, life bringing, caresses of the Sun. It brings forth the dreams that are ready to "Spring" into life and warming the Earth so we may dance our renewed life force into the next round of expression and release.

The Venue for our Awakening weekend will be in a cozy and warm Home stead with beautiful walks and views out to the sea near Cuckmere Haven in the Cuckmere Valley. It is situated just back from the Severn Sisters.

Registration and Fees: The full cost of the weekend (including accommodation and food) is £245. Deposit is £60
